Entertainment & Sports Diary week commencing Monday January 22nd 2018
Next weekend sees the return of live music on a Sunday afternoon starting at 5pm and a great way to spend quality time with family and friends enjoying some great food & entertainment Irish style. It all starts with Celtic due with the tongue in cheek name of The Dropkick Mickeys featuring amazing fiddler Michael Kelly from Sligo rags and Padraig Conroy on acoustic guitar & various instruments. Expect some great traditional Irish music and classic covers.
It really is a weekend of Irish magic as Craic Haus return on Friday and Quel Bordel bring some high energy gypsy fiddle laced tunes. Both bands have such a loyal following of fans built up over the years so if you have never seen them “live’ then make an effort to come along and have some fun.
Just a reminder that Superbowl 52 takes place on Sunday February 4th and we will be covering the game on our giant screen and there will be no Sunday entertainment on that day.
